How does it work?
On a deal by deal basis, the Syndicate pools capital from its members into an entity that invests in a single company alongside the Syndicate Lead.
What does becoming a member entail?
Agreeing to join the Syndicate email list, signing an NDA and reviewing the deals the Syndicate Lead sends.
Am I required to invest in the deals?
No, being a member of the Syndicate only means you are interested in receiving information about the deals and committing to keeping any information you receive confidential.

Rick Bashkoff
Rick has been helping early stage companies scale for nearly 20 years with a focus on business development, operational efficiency and corporate strategy. He has served in senior executive positions at a major record label, a pioneering media tech startup, an enterprise SaaS company in growth mode and an early stage cannabis technology company. Currently, Rick is the GM at CannaVersions, a software company that builds automated and easy-to-use tools for cannabis retailers to boost online revenue and retention.
Prior to cannabis, Rick was a senior executive at two visionary startups at the intersection of media and technology and began his career with the major record company Warner Music Group. Rick received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland at College Park.
